Caroline’s expertise in business and training spans over 24 years. Starting in media she quickly moved into a Sales Training role and after a time spent working for AstraZeneca she progressed into a management position running a county based field sales team.

After honing her natural management talents Caroline moved into the marketing sector and into a senior position as Regional Agency Director for national specialist recruitment marketing company Euro RSCG Riley. At the same time she was offered (and accepted) the opportunity to tutor at City College Norwich.

As Account Director and lead on the ESPO contract for Norfolk County Council, Caroline and her team delivered a wide range of consultancy services to many clients such as Norfolk County Council, Norfolk Constabulary and the UEA.

Her mix of business acumen and public sector experience means she is well placed and familiar with the requirements of public services but also brings a strong commercial perspective.

To date Caroline provides bespoke training and development workshops/programmes and 1-1 coaching to clients including, Norfolk County Council, Children’s Services, Housing and Diversity Network, South Norfolk DC, Broadland DC and a range of commcercial organsiations in and around the East Anglia Region.
