Coaching

Executives, managers and HR professionals are increasingly turning to coaches for a personally tailored development solution. Coaching is a different delivery system to training, as sometimes training may be unsuccessful in bringing about the subtle behavioural changes that are required. We work closely with employees and the employer to tailor, often a relatively short, coaching programme – beginning only once we are crystal clear as to what is required from our involvement.

Whereas coaching is about nudging people forward and providing momentum, mentoring requires a different approach. We believe mentoring should only be delivered by someone who is an expert in the field and has been there before.
