| Managing change is a critical business skill given today’s world of rapid and continuous change. This module provides an introduction to the skills necessary for change and a framework for implementing change.

| The best person for the job
|

| This session enables participants to explore effective recruitment and selection techniques including the development of person specifications as the basis for structuring a selection interview to assess who is the best person for the job. The training activity provides an opportunity to develop the skills involved in writing a person specification and test its effectiveness in a selection interview.
